This is a link for existing Northeast Anchorage area programs to utilize the Mountain View Field House for practices. Its very important that every player in participating program practices register in this system as the registration link provides access to the necessary liability waivers for participation. This liability waivers needs to be completed by the parent(s) or guardian of each participant. Completion of this waver is an acknowledgment of these terms.

Participating programs will need to provide:

1) Proof of insurance along with certificates of additional insured listing:

2) Monthly updated program rosters.

3) A facility usage request letter/Letter of support offering your desired practice times and as well as the amount of players your program will support through the facility.

Note: Requested practice times are not guaranteed. The programs that we are supporting are Title 1 schools or the little league programs in the areas feeding into these schools, located in Northeast Anchorage. We are exploring alternate funding sources to enrollment fees to help support offering Northeast Anchorage area kids greater access. A facility usage request letter/Letter of support is helpful to us in that it allow us to present a total picture of the amount of kids this facility can impact.
