2024 Fall Instructional League 12U Intermediate

We will be running an eight week Major-League Baseball affiliated indoor fall instructional league at the Alaska Dome. This program will offer supplement baseball and softball training for middle school players (ages 12-14). The intention of this program is to offer city wide accessibility to training and game experiences for developing local players.

The field space will support two games at once, with the potential for a third game. Because game experiences are restrictive to the amount of players that can be on a field at once (18), we are needing players to preregister. Here is some additional information on the program.

Indoor Fall Instructional League

This program offers eight weeks of supplemental indoor training and games for baseball and softball players at the Alaska Dome. This is a great program for players at any skill level to support building confidents for the upcoming season. All players will receive:

1. Fundamental Skills Training
2. Eight Games Without Consequence
3. Information on additional baseball and softball opportunities.

Dates, Times, and Location

This program will be held at the Alaska Dome. Here are practice times for each specific age group:

October 5th through Dec 7th

Middle School

Note: There is a division of 12U players that are in middle school or grade school students based on the school they are enrolled in. 12U families will need to choose whether their player is more comfortable with a middle school group or grade school group based on their players physical and emotional maturity.
